Access delivers Skilling Queenslanders for Work programs in the areas of hospitality, tourism, business administration, conservation and land management, and construction.
Through Queensland State Government funding, Access is able to open new doors to skill development and create employment outcomes for local jobseekers.
Programs like Skilling Queenslanders for Work enable Access to further build strong partnerships with government, training providers and local employers, to create opportunities for under-employed members of our community.
We are currently delivering a number of Certificates throughout Queensland in the following areas:
- Aged Care
- Disability Support
- Individual Support
- Conservation and Land Management.

Conservation and Land Management – Special Flood Recovery Projects
Location: Logan and the Scenic Rim
This is an opportunity to enter work on an entry level in the conservation and land management industry. Develop basic knowledge and skills to prepare for work and undertake a range of tasks related to conservation including flood recovery river edge clearing, plant identification, wildlife surveying, seed propagation, revegetation, and exposure to water quality assessment processes.
All participants are provided with pre-employment support after their placements. These are paid traineeships where you obtain a nationally recognised and accredited qualification.

Women in Transport
Location: Logan, Yatala-Gold Coast
Opportunity to enter the thriving Transport and Logistics Industry - become a bus driver, truck driver, delivery driver and more. This program is designed to give you the skills and knowledge to gain employment and progress your career in the Transport-Warehousing Industry. Delivering Certificate III to job seekers in the Logan and Yatala-Gold Coast areas. Eligibility required.
