Quality Policy for Settlement Services

Since 1992, Access' Settlement Service division has focused on providing specialised settlement support services to newly arrived migrants and refugees. The Settlement Services division at Access aims to assist eligible clients in becoming self-reliant and independent. We aim for clients to equitably participate in Australian society and culture, whilst emphasising their cultural diversity and endeavour to enhance their social and economic wellbeing.
