Access is thrilled to announce that we are once again partnering with the Queensland Government as Gold Sponsors of Queensland Multicultural Month (QMM) in August. Access is delivering three signature events during QMM:
- The Queensland Multicultural Awards (QMA) - Following a government procurement process, Access’ Marketing and Events team, in partnership with our multicultural arts organisation BEMAC, has been engaged to deliver the QMAs on behalf of the QLD Government. The QMAs are a flagship annual event recognising the valuable contributions of Queenslanders who support and promote a united, harmonious and inclusive QLD. Held on Sunday August 6 at The Logan Entertainment Centre, the QMAs will bring together a range of community, corporate, business, service and other key representatives to celebrate and recognise award recipients. Get your tickets here.
- Culture Train - Supported by the QLD Government and delivered by BEMAC, Culture Train brings together a collective of five multicultural (traditional and contemporary) artists to 14 regional Queensland locations, in an exciting state-wide program of free workshops and concerts.
- Diversity @ Dusk - Supported by the QLD Government, Diversity @ Dusk is the grand finale event for QMM, BEMAC and Access. It will be held on 31 August at the Kangaroo Point Cliffs Park, and feature food and market stalls, live music and roving entertainment and activities.
