The National Youth Settlement Framework is Australia's first evidence-based framework for supporting good practice and measuring settlement outcomes for multicultural young people. Developed by the Multicultural Youth Advocacy Network (MYAN) through consultation with young people, government and the youth and settlement sectors, the framework is designed to enable services to respond more effectively to the needs of young people from refugee and migrant backgrounds. Access’ youth-arm Multicultural Youth Queensland (MyQ) is the MYAN QLD representative and is offering the National Youth Settlement Framework training, with the next training to be held on September 21 and 22.
