Access Community Language Assistance service offers language assistance onsite and over the phone by accredited and non-accredited individuals.
Our CLA service is can be provided both onside and over the phone by non-accredited individuals who provide language and cultural support.
As well as translation services, our CLAs help in a more hands-on nature and assist with a variety of our settlement services to newly arrived migrants including assisting staff with airport pickups, local orientations, educational classes, employment initiatives, school enrolments, client interviews and transport assistance.
Access currently has 71 CLAs who speak over 50 dialects
